Mac Burberry Executive Director -
mac@haitianchristian.org Mac has served with Haitian Christian Outreach for twenty years. Mac & Ruthie began their service with HCO as leaders of a CIY team helping to construct the first building for Emmanuel Christian Church in Port-au-Prince in the summer of 1989. Mac returned in September to conduct a revival meeting for Emmanuel Christian Church. It was during that revival meeting that RoRo asked Mac & Ruthie to become a part of the work of Haitian Christian Outreach. They began serving as Forwarding Agents in the fall of 1989. Once HCO was incorporated, Mac became chairman of the board, a position he held until he accepted his current position as Executive Director the winter of 2003-04. Mac comes to HCO with a broad base of experience and education. He is a 1976 graduate of Lincoln Christian College and holds both a Master of Arts and a Master of Divinity from Lincoln Christian Seminary. Following graduation from Lincoln he served as a paramedic at Abraham Lincoln Hospital for 17 years and as Regional Evangelist with Christ in Youth, Inc. He served for 17 years with Mahomet Christian Church and as Senior Minister led the church through significant growth and a $1.1 million dollar building program before coming to HCO full time in the winter of 2003. He has served on the boards of Lincoln Christian College & Seminary and the Central Illinois Counseling Service. In addition to his duties with HCO, Mac also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Lincoln Christian College and as church consultant for churches in transition. He and his wife Ruthie make their home in Mahomet, Illinois. | Roro Eustache Lead Missionary -
